This unit size can fit a 3 bedroom home.

Store a 5 bedroom home, also a great place to store extra files and overflow from years of business.

This unit is typically for Boat or Vehicle storage however it can be used to store household furniture.

15x40 600sq ft
This unit is enclosed for RV and Boat Storage. It can also be used to store several vehicles.

20x30 600sq ft
This very large unit is available for storing vehicles, boats, and the furnishings for a large home.

	Do you offer services both the household and business customer? Prospector Self Storage offers units to all types of customers. With high security measures we set your mind at ease. Whether your storage needs are personal or business we serve you. Can you buy boxes and other moving supplies? Yes. We sell a wide variety of boxes and moving supplies. Do you have video cameras? All driveways and hallways are complete with operating camera equipment on 24 hour surveillance as well as a DVR Recordings. Can anyone drive onto the property? The facility is equipped with a key pad entry. Only those with a security code will be allowed to enter the grounds. Each individual unit alarm is connected to that code. With that code we can monitor who enters and exits the facility. What is Climate Control? Climate control is a feature offered to all units with inside access. The temperature stays between 55-85 degrees. This feature helps protect items from extreme temperatures. Do I get a lock when I rent a unit? Locks may be purchased at the time of rental. We offer a Disc Padlock with 3/8” hidden, hardened steel to resist cutting. What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit? Outdoor units are accessed from the driveway. Indoor will require you to go indoors to access your unit. What are the payment terms? We would like to make your payments process as easy possible. We offer month to month memberships that can be auto billed by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express monthly or you can choose to pay by cash or check on the First day of each month. What is your administration fee for? The admin fee is required to process the lease and credit card information.
